Service Description

Creating Calm Yoga Class calls people to be less concerned about shapes and more in tune with the sensations of their breath and body. Using traditional practices/poses with specific cueing, we invite people to go inward with a curiosity that allows them to be with what they feel instead of just resisting or pushing through sensation. This class welcomes all students and offers practices to help quiet the mind, create ease in the body, and feel more centered.
