Class Description

A slow-paced, relaxing practice where a small number of yoga poses are held for extended periods of time with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing the body to fully surrender into a state of deep relaxation and release tension. Deep conscious breaths are a central component, helping to further relax the body and mind. Dim lighting, soft music, and a quiet atmosphere contribute to a sense of calm and tranquility. Our goal is to calm the mind and nervous system by providing complete physical support.
