Yin Yoga
Class Description
A slow-paced, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints) rather than muscles. Seated or reclining poses are held passively for 3 or more minutes to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. It is a perfect "quiet" complement to active yoga styles.
