Class Description

Yoga Therapy can be highly individualized and utilizes a variety of yogic tools for self-empowerment and healing. This approach is never based solely on stretch and strength, but on integrating our mental, emotional, and spiritual fortress for a more holistic practice. This includes pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mudras (hand shapes for purpose and focus).
