This type of breath work is a powerful healing tool that transforms long held patterns and beliefs from the body and mind. This type of breathwork brings the participant into direct contact and experience with his/her own divinity. It brings to union the masculine and feminine within, the left and right brain, the conscious and unconscious, the head and the heart, the flow and the pause, the human and the divine. The breath has the power to change everything, especially when used consciously and regularly.
