About the event

We will explore various techniques of meditation, heightening your ability to navigate through life. Slowing down and observing ones thoughts increases the ability to focus, decreases stress, increases grey matter and your brains cognitive functions.  Has also found to improve digestion, reduce aniexty, decrease blood pressure and much more.
