This mini workshop is designed for all levels of ability. Jodie has been a massage therapist for over 16yrs, specializing in chronic pain and trauma, and a movement teacher for over 8yrs. Come learn accessible stretches and techniques and leave with your bliss stoked!

Bring your mat, props are provided.
