Class Description

"Flow Into Breath" A guided journey through movement, stillness, and breath. This experience begins with a yoga session designed to gently open the body, release tension, and bring awareness inward. From there, we transition into a guided rebirthing breathwork journey. Using conscious, connected breathing to access deeper emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness. The combination of movement and breath allows the body to soften first, making the breathwork more accessible, impactful, and integrated. This is a space to: -Release stored stress and tension -Reconnect with your body and breath -Move through emotional blocks -Access clarity, calm, and deeper presence No prior experience with yoga or breathwork is necessary. Come as you are.
