New Moon Reiki Reset 2nd Sundays at 4 - 5:30 pm Sooth and soak in the month’s new moon energy of beginnings, growth, and manifesting new intentions through the pure healing vibrations of sound and hands-on Reiki. First, wind down through gentle restorative movement and meditation techniques to ease your mind and body into a full Reiki sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, water drum, and koshi wind chimes. Guided by yoga instructors and Reiki practitioners, Meagan Boschert and Krista Lindquist. No experience required! Just wear your comfiest clothes, and bring any extra cozy blankets, pillows, eye covers, etc. that make you feel extra comfortable!
